Growing up one of the characters I was fascinated by was Popeye- who transformed into a superhero with a can of Spinach.

The fact that the sailor was handed a simple but a genuinely powerful vegetable like Spinach (instead of a magic potion), was by design to indicate that the strength was already there. It just had to be unlocked at the right moment!

As someone who has spent 20+years partnering with global organisations to design people solutions, I always believed that the potential is almost always present. What's needed is the right nourishment, delivered at the right moment, by someone who knows where to look.

As someone who has worked across the full arc of organizational development — from curating bespoke leadership programs to the deeper organizational work of building systems and capabilities - I have always focused on creating real and lasting solutions rooted in the organisational context.

 

My 400+ hours of coaching experience has taught me that the real work happens when you peel the layer to go beneath the surface. And that’s what we do at Spinach.
